Hoka One One is an athletic shoe brand known for unique design and advanced technology. I got to work with the new UX team at Deckers as they embarked on their first design sprint.

After interviewing customers it was clear that the brand’s technological terms like marshmallow, rocking chair and bucket seat were confusing customers.

Our goal was to communicate Hoka’s innovative technology through engaging visuals accompanied by simple and supportive explanatory copy – all with a solid responsive, e-commerce experience at the core.

Hoka One One Mobile

The process included thorough user research, competitor analysis, preliminary sketches, low to high fidelity prototypes, stakeholder reviews, rounds of testing and revising. The final result is a redesigned product page highlighting the brand’s revolutionary technologies as well as a streamlined ordering process.
